The article describes the features of creating formal transport and pedestrian flows models for simulation model road network section formed by intersection Aviatsionnaya Pekhotnaya Streets in Pokrovskoe-Streshnevo district North-West Moscow (RU). aim study is to create a comfortable safe environment building implementation different scenarios street transformation.
